Front Fork Issues

I recently moved my bike from one frame to another. http://gstwins.com/gsboard/index.php?topic=58954.0
One of the issues I have after the move (I have no idea if I had it before or not) is it pulls to the right if I relax on the grips.  If I am in the middle of 8' lane, it will take less than 20 to put me in the right ditch.

If I maintain my grip on the bars, I don't notice the pull (I have no had the bike at high speeds yet).

The guy that helped me move the forks, said one was lower than the other and adjusted it up.

Do I need to look at readjusting it?  If so, should they be level with each other at the fork clamps or what?
Currently, they look really close to level at the top fork clamps.

I also need new fork seals.  While I'm playing with the seals I'd love to get some stiffer springs.   Or should I just add a spacer like the front page of gstwins shows?

This can be caused by your rear wheel being out of alignment with your front wheel.  Don't trust the marks on the swingarm, or just use them as a starting point.  Use some fishing line or something you can run straight from the back to the front of the bike on both sides and measure the clearance to the front wheel when it's facing forward.  It's probably not the only possible cause of this, but I know it's one.

I def. went by the marks. I'll check on this when I get home.  I'm not sure I understand your fishing line trick though.

Your questions like this should probably go in the General Area instead of the Projects/Build section.  You'll get more replies that way too.

That link made it much clearer! Thanks!

So I put my build thread in the wrong section, and then my question threads in the wrong section.  I'm a fail at this forum. And possibly this bike.

Could be the steering bearings are bad or the bearing collar inthe frame.
Possible you tightened the steering too tight and the bike doesn't want to straighten out. Does the steering feel sluggish or like the front tire is a little flat?
A slight difference in the forks is OK. Base it on the tops and where they are - should be about level with the top of the handle bar mounting plate.
Also you could have loose bolts in the triple or axle.
Be sure the forks are straight and parallel.
