Torque specs for cylinder head bolts?

 Hey guys, reassembling my head now (I take forever to do things, I know) and I'm looking at the manual for the torque specs for the cylinder head bolts/nuts, but I'm stupid and don't know which is which.

I have 8 (?) bolts on the top of the head (4 on the inside, 4 on the outside I believe), and then the bolt that goes up from the bottom on the front.

I'm assuming the head cover bolt is the valve cover bolt, but what specs go with each bolts? Are the 4 nuts on the inside different than the torque specs for the outside bolts?

From the Haynes manual;

Cylinder head 10mm domed nuts: 35-40nm
Cylinder head 6mm plain nut: 7-11nm

"Using a torque wrench, tighten the domed nuts evenly and a little at a time in numerical sequence to the torque specified at the beginning of the chapter.
When the nuts are correctly torqued, tighten the plain bolt at the front of the cylinder head to the specified torque setting"

Hope that clarifies it for you :)
