So,

Yesterday I helped a lady in my Sunday School class move and was kinda tired. But, had promised someone else that I would come out and check on their computer (it's my ministry I get folks set up with skype and webcam to be apart of our Skype program) I was tired but went anyway. It was a really easy quick fix and as I was leaving she handed me a card and said don't tell anyone who did this. "uhm, okay sure." I thought it was some money for gas. I got to to my next destination a parking lot and decided to open it. Inside was a card that said "God has put this on my heart. Here is the money to pay off your motorcycle so you can get a car." Inside was a check for $400! I started crying and thanking God in the parking lot I'm sure people thought I had lost my mind! So, Friday I will be making the last payment on Flick~ Thank you God  :thumb:

On that note I've kinda been looking at cars and saw this:

I am not interested in anything you have to say
Don't bother talking to me, I will not answer you

That would certainly put a smile on my dial anyday
Some say that he submitted a $20000 expense claim for some gravel

And that if he'd write a letter of condolance he would at least spell your name right.

nice cars if taken care of. problematic if not. ( cooling system and electrics are main thing. look it over closely before pulling the trigger. also with your health problems, make sure you can get into and out of it with ease

No No No, a mini cooper is just about the hardest car to work on and has some weird design quirks ...
It also is a hard car to see in the blind spot of a larger vehicle - like a F150/expedetion - I own an f150 I have to have these blind spot mirrors else I'd be running them off the road all day long.

As a girl car I'd suggest a VW beetle. If you have a mexican mechanic on hand like I used to, I recomend it extra ...
A second girl car is a miata.
Third - whatever the geo metro was when it became a chevy - chevy mattel micro ... that.

Hey girl you live a few months without debt and payments ... worry about very little ... serious, and buy with cash, vw beetles are cheaper than the coopers too.

Cool.

Sweet Mary!!  Not cool at all but I always recommend Chevy/Geo Prizms to anyone looking for a cheap reliable car.  Often listed on CL spelled with an "S" instead of a "Z".

I think you rock... but the car, no way. They don't have good reliability history. Supercharger + florida heat and traffic = $$$ repairs $$$

Yeah,

The MINI was gone by the time I got there! But, I saw this guy somewhere else. My BF is helping with finances on it if everything works out I could be driving this tomorrow  :thumb:  We are trying to get it around the $200 a month range. It is a 2008 Nissan Versa looks great, drives great, and I like the hatchback style. Plus the color doesn't hurt could be Flick's side kick.  Also, don't think I'm wanting to trade one payment for another it is just that my car has been dead since Nov.

You're lucky to be in the tampa area. There is a rediculously huge glut of used cars there, and very cheap.

Make sure you check the real reviews, epinions, etc, jdpower and the self-paid shills are crap.

Good luck lady !

Nissan versa ... oh yea boring enough to put anyone to sleep ... I have a soft corner for a few nissans, the sentra I had ... stick shift sentra good for 36-40 mpg ... and had ice cold ac ... 93 car and in 2009 when I sold it would freeze you out of the car ... ugly but no problems.

That little Versa looks well taken care of.  Great example of God's people taking care of each other.  Thanks for sharing your stuggles and victories with us.

Sunshine (Pontiac) has lost compression to the 3rd cylinder and I think the water pump is also going. They are going to give me 750 for old girl. I just don't have the time or energy to spend on a car that is 13 years old!

RIP Sunshine was trying to nurse her in there was a loud kerplunk then nothing! Gotta grab the truck and trailer to finish hauling her to the dealership! CAUSE I GOT THE CAR! I'm so happy $230 a month they knocked another $1000 off the price and are still taking sunshine in DOA for the same price!

Bye little Girl

You never mentioned actually thanking the person who gave you the money, not saying you didn't, just never saw that in your  statement.
I'm not a racist, some of my best friends are you people.
