Cracked rear fender - Repair or buy another?

I dropped my bike on it's left side and broke the tabs that attaches it to the bike frame? Is using super glue on this just as good as buying a complete fender, or is it better if I bought a new one?

Superglue may be good enough as the rear fairings are held on by the plastic nubs as well, but if you want to do it right, this stuff will make it like new:

If you're talking about the inner black plastic fender, they are really cheap. About $40 for a whole new one at a dealer. It would cost half that to ship one to you.

Other option is drill a couple new holes in the plastic and zip tie around the frame. It won't show - covered up by the side plastics.

Pay attention to the rear part. It needs to be secure to keep the tail end from flapping around in the wind.

The tabs that attach one of the side fenders to the frame are cracked off, so the side is just loosely hanging there. I put glue on it before but when I fell off again it didn't hold. You do make a good point about the inner fender though. I will probably have to get a new one because I had to modify it in order to fit the rear signals properly.
