Will a 08 or 09 complete carb setup fit a 94?
Any issues?

They should drop right in.  The intake boots are the same on all models.

If you have an 08/09 setup, I'd be interested in trading for a set of carbs for a 94. The newer carbs are dual cable, which is useful on my race bike.

Carb intake boots are not the same

On 89-00 the lip for the carb is deeper. Shallower for newer carbs.
Hence, if putting older carbs on with newer carb boots, the carbs can fall out.
Newer carbs on older carb boots might work OK.You will have to change the couplings from the air box or replace the air box with a newer one.
Airbox is different. The opening on the intake of the carbs is slightly smaller on the newer carbs.
