Bent Rod from Hydrolock??

If you ran it out of gas.....it can take 15 -20 minutes for the fuel to get back into the carbs.
I bet the oil will go away after you can keep it running.the cylinder is wet from no fire.
Put it in PRIME,and try to run it ,if it runs go  fill the tank up,and put it back to ON.
let the bike sit for 15 min with it on prime and then try to refire.

I was able to drain the gas and it would sputter like it wanted to start, but that's it.  It had plenty of gas.  I'm gonna try it again tonight and see what I can make happen
