kk heres 2 pics taken right after loading it up.

I'll have more tomorrow and start another build thread as I am cleaning it all up.

Mechanically Great but the basic stuff wasnt taken care of.

Cables need to be lubed.
Needs to be cleaned VERYYYY thoroughly and polished.
Oil changed.
Brake and clutch fluid needs to be flushed.

I'll make the thread when I get around to it.

as I have ALOTTTTTTTTTTT to do tomorrow.

Which the first is flush the front brake fluid as it needs it Badly.
change the oil.

then ride it over to the tag and title place to get everything taken care of.

after that, hours and hours of cleaning and polishing chrome and aluminum and other parts.

Forgot to mention.

Just went up there with a printed out Bill of Sale from a lawyers site.
He printed out his own too.

Signed over eachothers titles and filled out bill of sales (two) as a Trade for eachother and thats it.

Woke up this morning, few stops and then get insurance.

Went to the local tag and title place, wasnt a problem.

Only a "possible" one.

Lady did the paperwork on paper instead of the computer and said Harrisburg (state capital) "Might" want tax on it and IF they do, I will be getting a letter in the mail practically at the end of the riding season.

which still wont be much anyways.

but im all insured and legal :)

I traded a Magna for my GS. They are great bikes but be prepared for a TON of work to get to the carbs, as well as get them on and off. There are a few idiosyncrasies with the platform, but nothing too crazy. The GS handles worlds better as well, but is NO WHERE near as fast. The V4 engine is marvelous. You should enjoy it. Here is an old pic of mine, snapped while taking a break after a day of shooting with my range bag on the tail. Only mod is the Renthal super bike bars (now on the GS).

Nice El!

Not a fan of those ones tho.
I Reallyyyyy dislike the Huge V shape of the old cruisers.
Which is why I loveeeee the Super Magna's!

Well, lucky for me the PO had the paperwork for all the recent "Professional" work that was done by the PO before him.

Which was done late last year.

and it included ALL the carb work  :thumb:

So I have no worries there for quite awhile I hope.

el_chup said it right though.  Gooood lawwwd my sabre's carbs were a buddha loves you!  When people talk about they can't get their carbs off, I know they've never messed with that v4 style carb.  Those mfr's seem like they actually fight you to stay on -or off depending what you're doing.

Can't wait for some classic Tomb style write ups on what you are doing on your SUPER.
