Fork Oil Leak

I replaced my fork oil and seals and now oil is leaking out where the dampener screw is. I tightened it down with a broom handle compressing the spring and a impact driver. What could it be?

The copper sealing washer that sits behind the bolt head is missing or damaged. You need to replace it.
