Hey everyone. I just picked up a 2006 GS500F last Friday for my birthday. I am a relocated Northen VA boy. I now live in beautiful East Texas, so still trying to adjust to culture shock and learning to ride at the same time. I haven't seen very many bikers around here, at least not what I am use to. Looking to find some people to go riding with and maybe help me transition to the people down here as well. If not (cause nobody on the map is near me) make same good friends here on the forums and search for good advice on how to get the most out of my bike. Thanks.  :thumb:

I am just north of Tyler TX. Its about 90 minutes from Dallas. I work over in Longview TX so I travel a pretty far range on the regular anyway. Mostly see cruisers out and about around here but I have seen one Ninjette and a couple R6's around Longview. Couldn't even find a bike to buy out here went into Dallas to get my GS.

Oh cool, I've been through there a few times. Some family that lives in Dallas and all. Found any good country roads to ride on?
