Laid down the bike today

I've always heard there's 2 types of riders, those that have laid it down, and those that will. Now that you have, you're clearly all set to ride into the sunset and not worry about it! (Don't theories make you feel wonderful?)

crashed, not "laid her down". laying a bike down is the worst form of stopping ever. crashing is inevitable, laying it down, is dumb.

Thanks for the clarification, I've only ever heard it as laying it down

Am I understanding correctly that you intentionally kept your leg under the bike?

Yes. Legs heal, plastics don't.

You could lose that leg In that case what's left will heal, but what's gone is gone!
