Gauging interest.. 1996 GS500e (South GA)

Okay, so the time has come to let me GS go.. But I'm not entirely sure how much to ask for it.. So, what do you guys think?

1996 GS500e
Unknown mileage, odometer shows 11k+, but had been replaced along with an electronic tach prior to purchase.
UV LEDs in the gauges
LED lights under front and rear
K&N lunchbox
Rebuilt carbs off of a bike with less than 5k
Dynojet Stage 3
Rust free tank
Petcock off of 00+ GS
2 month old Scorpion YT10L-A2 AGM battery
Napoleon style bar end mirrors
Superbike bars
Short stalk turn signals
R1 taillight
Seat has been recovered, but has a couple of scrapes on it
Progrip 719s
Brake pads have <1000 miles on them
00+ black wheels with Pirelli Scorpions 110/70, 140/70, <1000 miles
Original wheels with semi-decent off brand tires.  Started to polish the wheels, but never finished.  Look decent from 10 feet, could look great with some time/effort.
Frame has been painted black, tank and fairings Safety Orange.  Not the greatest paint job, but looks great from 10 feet.  Minor dents in tank.
Whatever miscellaneous GS parts I have lying around.

Bike is extremely reliable, and starts (with choke) every time.  Tracks straight, and is a blast to ride.  I really only need to get rid of it because of school fees.  Anyway, let me know what you guys think it's worth, or make an offer if you want it!

Thanks, and yeah, I am.  Trying to sell this and my Bronco to pay off some school fees.

Yeah, I'm gonna put it on there (at a probably way too high price), and work it down.  I've got my eye on one, but I've have to get a good price for both the bike and the bronco, since I've got to handle the school costs first.

There is an 05 R1 up here by me with a bad engine and the guy wants 800 OBO.... It looks really nice. Its well worth the asking price and R1 engines arent exactly cheap

The unknown mileage hurts it a little.  I would list it for $1300 OBO and see what kind of offers come in.

Really???  Man that sucks.  I hope you get your fees paid off and get to keep your bike or get another soon.  Myself, I'm quite fond of your gs.  I think bomb is right on at 13.

Yeah, I'm the ASN program, and fees are killer right now.  I actually found a bike that I REALLY want (for a GREAT price), but I have a car to pay for, so I'll probably be out of luck..

And thanks for the input guys.  I've got it listed at $1500 (I know I'll NEVER get that), so I'm gonna see how many bites I get in that range.  Had an offer for $700 earlier, but I know it's worth more than that.

Well, no offers after the $700 offer.  On a side note, there are some cheap ass people in the world.  Had a guy offer me $1300 for my Bronco.  Ridiculous.

Hahaha!  I was really wishing I could flip the Bronco and this, because I found a MINT SV1000s for a sweet price.  Then I was going to use the rest for school.  But it doesn't look like that's going to work out.  Here's hoping something happens soon!
