Where does this belong?

It fell off around the engine somewhere. Its made of rubber and thats a guitar pick (itsI what ithe had) next to it. It definitely some sort of bushing or stop I just have no idea where it belongs.

My tank doesn't have these, and I don't really see a need for them.  The tank is cushioned from the front and padded cushions with the bolts in the back.  It never touches the frame.  I guess they might be necessary in a drop to pad the tank?

They are there just to help prevent wobble in bumps and stiff.
Remember: the front and back mounts are rubber cushioned. Tank can still wobble so that's why they are there. You can live without them.
