Here is the 1994 GS500 I picked up over the weekend. Finally got done replacing parts and sprucing it up a bit. Not bad for a total cost of $1200 adding in the replacement/upgrade parts. Just a tick under 4400 miles on him. All ready for the backwoods......

I have a 94. Now seeing yours makes me want to remove the 90's stickers from the rear fairing... what did you use? Hairdryer and wd40?

We used to use an eraser wheel on a drill to remove stickers, pin stripes and badges

The bike had been laid down of both sides before but at stand stills. Some scratches here and there but nothing major. You can tell this has been garaged most of it's life. With only having 4400 miles on it does show.

Will never be 2-up and aesthetic reasons. I don't need a piece of plastic to remind me to keep hands and feet out of there-lol. It's always one of the first things to go.

Chain guard? I don't need no stinkin' chain guard! I'm not doing too much to this bike as it is really for my wife to learn on and tag along with me on joy rides. I will use it the rest of this season to do some backwoods bombing on Sundays as I am pushing the Sportster into doing things it ain't supposed to be doing on our Assfault Junkie group rides. Gonna be a GSXR750 for myself over the winter for next season for track days and Sundays.
