On Sunday 4/28/13, the time-frame for any residents who opposed the new zoning legislation had expired.  It's 100% official and in-stone.  Any new permit issuance cannot exploit the zoning ordinance.  No one can come back and piss and moan that they didn't get their say.

As I sat in the Kenwood, Ohio Starbucks on Montgomery Road yesterday evening, I reflected on the past 14 or so months.  What a long strange trip it's been.
