Attaching a light on a 96

I have a headlamp for my bike nd it's the right size but the fixtures arnt right. Is there any way to fix tht???

is it a gs500 headlamp? , if so there should be no bother but if its for another bike you might have to modify the bracket or make a bracket

I'm thinking not a gs headlamp. If I had to guess I would say its some kind of universal. Any suggestions of how to mount brackets so it will attache to my mounts ?
