ok, I have been around this forum for a little bit. looking at everyone's mods. As far as performance I dont plan on much. This is a commuter bike so unless it improves fuel mileage I am not very interested. and yes I know a sport bike is the worst option for fuel economy but in comparison to my 16 mpg truck its great.

So far I am planning added:

**cheap ebay LED turn signals. They are kinda ok but need help. Pulling them apart and put in a 3w led.

**cheap ebay LED turn signal mirrors. It only came with one mirror so I needed two. this pair was cheaper than one OEM Mirror. The Leds suck... If I can even get all of them on it might make it to unsatisfactory. So again, I may open it up and replace the cheap leds with a 3w.

**LED's in the gauges. Still waiting for the ones for the indicators. Already rewired the turn signal indicator so it will work.

**DIY LED Tail light

**DIY Integrated turn signal (I will do a write up when I do it. Simple using 3 relays)

LED handle bar ends for turn signal.

**RGB LED Under lighting.

Garage door opener in the blank spot under the kill switch... then a garage door...

HID Projector mod. With LED's. and LED Turn Signal. Thx waiho

Reflective wheel pin stripe. Reflective SUZUKI Lettering. anything else reflective. thx... I forgot who hold on... Higgins13

**=working on it

Open to other suggestions!!! I also have some scratches from the previous owner. anyway to hide these without repainting. The smaller ones I can just sand clear coat and buff. but the ones through the paint I don't know where to get touch-up paint that will match.

My Name is Joe btw. I live in Maine USA. I am really liking this forum. everyone is very nice and well informed. most of the other forums I looked at when I was shopping for bikes were full of  :bs: and

Rim pin stripes, Cost about $10 total on ebay. You choose size and color.

Here are mine

I went with 1/4 Inch and white. They also have reflective colors if you want more visibility.

Can you post pics of your bike?

Where did you get the garage door opener switch? Do you have any photos of the Mods?

I havent actually done it yet, This is my list of what I am planing. However if everyone is really interested I will put some time into it right away. Its pretty simple though. Using a universal garage door opener open it up and solder wires to the switch. then run those wires from inside the front faring to the blank spot in the kill switch. wire them to some sort of push button. There are also relay kits online if you dont have a wireless garage door opener.

Working on re sizing the pictures. - OK Reduced the size but they are still full sized so if you right click and open picture you should be able to see the full detail.

my home made intergrated tail light. 4 3w red leds. the 2 centers will have resisters to make high and low. For Brake and running light. the outside will come on with the brakes and flash with the turns. These will be alongside the cheap ebay turn signals that will have the leds swapped out for one 3w amber led. The brightness is very intense. Easily seen day or night. I have a lot of the stuff for this around but I will put together a list of items and approximate cost. I am waiting for the resistors to finish and install it. The way I assembled it will require some cutting in the brake light reflectors but if I mounted the relays outside that wouldn't be necessary.

The way this is set up when you turn a signal on the integrated and exterior signal will blink together then when you hit the brake they will alternate.

If I was to make another of these I would make a sort of tray to mount the lights in, Then I could fill them with the epoxy and seal them up tight. If I had the time a tools I would actually build this into a solid state board ditch the relays and have a little more control.

These are the 3 relays mounted behind the lights.

This is the turn signal, thats one red 3w led. I have yellow coming. The red was just to test. No one will be able to miss me.

This is the wiring diagram. The squares with numbers are 5w Resistors. Value is in Ohms. There is actually another relay that operates the brake and parking inputs.

This is the tail, it is daylight like the other pictures. My Phone had to adjust enough to not just show red. You cant look straight at them.

Also, If anyone has an old garage door opener remote that does not work and want to donate it to me I will do a mock mod and do a detailed DIY. Or if you have an extra that you would like me to do the remote part of the mod and I will send it back ready to go. Its really simple even if you havent soldered before its not too hard depending on how small the solder pads are.

If they don't show a color for your year, just email them the paint codes for your year available from the wiki page.

Awesome! thanks. No one local has motorcycle colors. I wasn't sure if I would find the same thing in an auto touch up.

I bought this then put some velcro on the back of it and also on the inside of my fairing. Also put a sticky back with a zip tie just incase the velcro failed. Works perfect Its freaking tiny and cheap

Yep, that works great, but from an aesthetic standpoint it doesn't look that good. I want to make it look like it is an original part of the bike. Right now I have a keychain remote that turns my outside lights on. I did the same thing. I used the stuff from 3m that is like Velcro but its more solid.
