I need to know what size jets to get if the bike has a K&N Lunch Box and a Yoshimura Slip-on.

The Bike will be ridden at 2300-7000 feet above sea level. Do you guys know if the 142.5/ 62.5/ 20 will be okay for this?

Jetting is a black art.  What works for you may not work for me.

Roughly, you'll lose about 3% power for every 1000' in altitude.  Jetting for higher altitude may not yield much though.  Air is thinner.

2500ft, I would not worry about it.  When you get closer to 5000 ft, jet slightly leaner since there is less air.
