LOL! Yes, Addy, I might like to get a side stand from you. The other parts are 89-97 Katana parts. But insurance will probably be involved.

It would be nice to have bollards, or at least the ground mounted "curb blocks".  You can space those in a way that will leave openings to ride your bike through, but  they don't completely protect pick-ups from backing their bed over it which we saw in Exhibit A.  Either way, both of those drivers are frightening, and enraging  :mad:.

In both your cases there is no reason for that to happen other than the driver not paying attention. My last bike got backed into on my work lot 2 days after I bought it. I was so pizzed off. I now park my bike at the very opening of a space so it's easy to see when someone is looking for a spot. It's sticking out a little.
