I was in my very large and lifted Dodge Ram today and this guy came out of no where and zipped in front of me.

When I see his bike I had to take some pics

The blue sticker reminds me of what I see on bikes in Germany - but that may be a European Union thingy.
All the plates I have pictures of in Germany are white.

See the GB? That means Great Britian. And the bike looks like a f series gs. Those panniers are BMW and the muffler looks like mine plus the chain drive that means its the f series of bikes.
