I wanna say the tach is digital like you said. I honestly don't know what a fair price is so feel free to offer. However, one guy does have dibs in them for now so I won't sell them unless he gives them up. But he wanted to pay $100. But like I said, idk what a fair asking price is for any of this stuff.
