GS500 triples+forks on a GS450 possiblity??

Anyone have any clue for me on this one?  The 500 has 37 mm forks and my 450 has a measly 33 mm set.  I was hoping someone would know if the triples would swap so I could get the 500 front end to set on this cafe punk I'm making.  This all stems from the CB954R forks I saw someone swap onto a Hawk GT this last year.  Swapping headsets would make my 450 a monster (no, not the Duc, but just as fun!).  So does anyone know?  I'm getting a little tired of flexing through the twisties.

I would bet they would and GS triples are cheap enough to try and see.
