Place to buy jets online?

Anyone know of a place to buy jets online?  I am thinking about rejetting my bike when I get it in a week, but i have no where to go buy jets that I know of close by.  Any ideas of good sites that are reasonably priced that you can browse and buy the jets from?

i saw that bikebandit.com has jets but i never orderd from them...i went to a bike shop and they orderd for me....i payed 20 canadian for 2 150 main and 2 40 jets

Most places online want you to buy a jet kit, which is somewhat of an overkill and pricey ($60 and up).

All you need to do is go to your local Suzuki dealer and have them order the jets thru the Suzuki parts catalog, NOT the Mikuni parts catalog. This will run you under $20 (Don't forget, you need to order 1 main/pilot jet per carb). Not sure what size you need, but this is the most common upgrade from stock, while still using stock air filter and muffler:

#40 Pilot jet (Suzuki part# 09492-40014) - 1 Mikuni #40 non-bleeder
#125 Main jet (Suzuki part# ???????????) - not sure, but this one is easier to get without problems from the Suzuki dealer.

I use Mikuni jets and ordered them from //www.bikebandit.com. They are $7.80 in packs of 4 so there are spares to sell. Also, don't forget the shims for your needles.

BTW...What size jets are you looking for?

I am definately going to want to put in 40 pilot jets, and also thinking about replacing the mains.  I am thinking of getting the K&N pod filter that replaces the airbox, and then rejetting it for that filter (I think 147.5 mains).  I dont want to spend the money for an exahust plus i want to keep the bike somewhat quiet.  I have never been a fan of really loud bikes.

I don't know if you've had pod filters before, but I was warned by a mechanic that they don't work very well in the rain.  They don't have any protection from getting wet like the stock airbox.  Just FYI.  If you don't plan to get caught in the rain maybe you'll be OK.

I should have plenty of jets if you want to try different settings for your set-up.
An aftermarket exhaust will be louder but there is also an increase in power.

Does anyone know of an online place that will sell individual jets?  I'm looking for some Mikuni Mains and Pilots and don't need 8 total jets (for the SV).

I don't remember which jets fit the SV but try //www.bikebandit.com, jets there are fairly cheap and shipping is only $6.
I do have some jets from when I had my race SV and I did not pay that much for them, less than $25 for a set of mains & pilots. I got them from a guy selling them on SVRider and ebay. He was local to me so I picked them up. I will see if I can find his contact info.

Boston Area Update: Riverside Motorsports sells the mains for 3/each.  Since they didn't have what I wanted in stock, they would order me a 4-pack (what bike-bandit) sells, for 12.  No shipping, and I'm supporting a local biz.  I'll sell the jets I don't use on SVRider for a fair price so that others can get just 1 jet if they want it.  I'm in the process of switching out exhausts & air filters, so I'll order what I need from there.  TWF on the SVRider board sells packages of jets, he is in Nevada.
Do you remember what settings you had in your SV Race bike? I have a BMC no-snorkel Race filter in the bike now, but I'm going back to stock this spring to cut the noise down.

I will check my notes when I get home tonight. It had a full M4, de-snorkled K&N and tank spacers.

Do you have Sudco's toll-free number? I had it written down on a copy of their tuning manual but sold it. I looked on their website but it's not listed.

Thanks.  I have a full m4, with a no-snorkel BMC Race filter so I'm gonna start with the same #s as you have listed.  I'm thinking of switching to stock air filter w/ 140 mains & 15 pilots during the spring to quiet the bike down a tad & get the neighbors off my back.

OK You want to run K&N pod instead of the airbox and the stock exhaust... I know yes its possible to run it that way...but please check if anyone here has got the bike running right that way. While 147.5 would be logically where it leaves you, and 40 pilots too... make sure the bike ran to satisfaction of the ones that did it. Cos I have heard of people having trouble getting it to run right without a slip on atleast. Put on a slip on... one of those Yosh ones are fairly quiet... and 150 mains and a guarantee it will be right... having done it on a bunch of bikes.
