So i just uncovered my bike to check the exhaust to the one i just bought and i noticed a lot of moisture under the cover and on my bike. I.e. the gas tank, seat etc. Should i be worried? Its been incredibly damp and rainy in NE Ohio. Is it just the cover "breathing'?

Maybe get a box fan and lay under it and put it on low speed

I was working on my bike in the garage this evening, and noticed the same thing here in Illinois.  Made sure the tank was topped off with stabilized fuel, and gave her a good wipe down with the chamois.

Is the bike stored indoors or out?

If you plan on keeping the bike and want to make the investment, a lot of boat supply stores have electric fans for boat covers. The last one I had was solar powered, and all I needed to do was cut a 3"-4" hole in the cover - the fan clipped over the hole and blew air upwards when in sunlight.

Or just soak a rag with wd40 and wipe down the bike, and clean it off before riding season.

It's opener there in the wide open air...

Its stored in a single car garage. Ill try using a small fan i have. Thanks!

I wiped my bike down with WD40 on all the black painted surfaces before I put her up.  I went ahead and turned on the exhaust fan out there to keep air moving... I'm not too worried about it though.  As soon as this 60 degree weather leaves tomorrow, it will be cold dry air again.
