Painted Candys and Metallics

So I spent ALL day today prepping these covers, plastic adhesion promoter, 2K primer, wet sanded, silver metallic base coat, then  laid the two candys (red and blue) and the other three are metallic gold, aztec gold and orange. These do not have clear coats on them set but will tomorrow. I dont think we are going to have any sun tomorrow either so better daylight pics will be soon.

I did this trying to decide on what color to paint the bike. I have two sets of full fairings, 2 tanks, 2 sets of forks, 2 rear sets, 2 top triple clamps, ect

Weed.. On the work laptop I could see text only then a big blank space..... At home on the iPad I can see text then 8 grey empty boxes on top of each other down left side ... Like the board knows you wanted to link something but its not quite right with the link .... Usually if a pic not work or whatever I am using at the time can't process it i get a little outline box with a teeny bitmap thingy in it.... But this time only empty boxes...

Something is broked!

I was just going to say, that I see pics and no edit time, so they have been there the whole time... but that explains it!


Oh yeah, colors look nice, but a little light colored on the red and blue for my preference... but would they appear darker with clear coats?  I'm not so familar with paint characteristics as I would like to be..

The more coats, the darker the color. Plus these were under shop lights so not the best light.

I say go for the red. Its nice.
