Spend half the day today bending pipe and tacking the new exhaust up.

I had final pics but they were blurred and its dark now. More pics tomorrow. Still need grind the welds and paint the pipes.

How does it sound? Awesome. Its no Busa but it definitely growls more.

Thanks, as always though, more to come

I will try to do a sound clip tomorrow but IDK if it will capture the sound the way it needs to be captured. :(

No recorder can ever properly capture the sound of hearing it in person.

Very nice looking back view. Is there any benefit besides looks for a 2:2 (or are you doing 2:1:2?) exhaust system on the GS ?

That bike looks impressive from behind ,all you need now is the wide tyre to go with the exhaustl.looking forward to the side view.

Very nice!!  I'd like to see more pics of how you hooked up the mufflers with the header.  Did you just do one muffler per cylinder or just run the cylinders together and split?
Either way, good job!!

Cool!  Cant wait to see more pictures.   I have one and its notably louder than stock.  Do two TRS's jack up the volume further?

I cut right at the second bend in the headers right as it gets to the front of the oil pan. So the H in the pipe is still there and each muffler has its one cylinder per se.

It's been raining all day and my wife's new scooter came in today also so I've been busy with that. I will post more pics and hopefully tomorrow

yep, thats pretty awesome!! I really want to do that with mine now. Not sure if I over read this or not but did you have to change your jetting any with the duals? I'd imagine it would flow extremely well being that each cylinder has its own pipe and muffler now. Sounds great too.

weedahoe

My bike is already jetted. Honestly, I dont see it leaning it out because the Yoshi is already a straight through muffler. Here are some pics looking straight through it. I have the same style (but Magnaflow) mufflers on my truck
