Hmmm camera mounting suggestions

on my gtr, ( goped gtr42) once i get my ducks in a row, a few parts i lack. chain, a tensioner, and eventually a wheel, and a carb. or carb kit. i want to mount some type of camera down low to film rides.  either here

@ 1 underneath the deck facing rearwards ( or forwards?)
or @ 2 facing forwards on the cantilevered suspension arm. either of which will be about 8" above the tarmac. got the 98 tooth main sprocket mounted. chain is too stretched to be safe. ( and wheel is missing one bolt plate out of 4. but will use it until i can swing a used wheel. already have the camera, just need suggestions where to mount the camera
