97 Engine for sale

I'm going to try one more time to sell this engine. I've had a couple of people interested, but no one ever followed through. I would rather see it go to someone who can put it in a bike, but if it doesn't sell this time, I'll take it to the scrap yard. I need to make room to work on bikes I can ride.  $125 

I'm in the Cleveland Ohio area, and I can take it to a shipper, or deliver within a couple of hours for the cost of gasoline.

I put the engine in my 97 to replace the original that had 88,000 miles on it. The engine had 12,600 miles on it. I added around 27,000 miles to that, so it has about 40,000 miles on it now. It was running well when I retired the bike due to carb problems. The stator was replaced just before the last season I rode it, but there were some intermittent charging issues near the end of the season. I suspect it was either the regulator/rectifier, or possibly just poor connections; but I don't know for sure.

Someone jump on this. The head alone is worth $125.
I wish it was closer to me.
I'd take at least the head before you take it to the dump.
Love to get the magneto, timing pickup and a few other things before you dump it.
