Okay guys in my ever on going work in progress to get my bike running (right) I am now on to replacing my vacuum lines. Only issue is I don't recall how they go in  >:( so now that my carbs are rebuilt and not pouring fuel into the airbox I have to hook everything up after I buy new lines.

So does anyone have a video or really great pictures of how the vacuum lines are routed and hooked up on a 06 (or compatable model)

Also I figure its worth asking if anyone is located near the Pensacola FL area that works on these toys. Its a pretty hard learning curve when Im no good at this other than unbolt and bolt on a new part.

I'd start there.  If you are still confused, use the search feature.  There are photos of newer style and older style carbs that may assist.
Bikeless and Broke at the moment...

Here are lots of technical pictures. Photos of carbs on the bike and in the work bench with all hoses.

-ProGrip 724 Grips

I got the manual just the pictures are not helping me much. I guess I just need to see it from the top as a whole vs this side then this side then that side. Thanks for the links. Oh and I used the search button my search fu is sucking as of late.

This is just one picture. There is a whole sequence from lots of angles while the carbs were being removed.
seems pretty complete if you look at the set of pictures in the bike. Use the bench pictures for details.
In my photos, the PAIR system was removed. The red cap is what connected to it.
The bench photos do show a hose from that point as ther are a different set of carbs.

There must be 20 or more photos of carbs in the bike at various angles and off the bike. I took them thinking they would be enough to re-hose carbs.

Awsome! Thanks! I guess I work by taking it apart then putting everything back at one time. The pictures help a ton :woohoo:

Go to the link I posted earlier. Scroll down through the photos and you'll find lots of pictures taken of the bike with thecarbs going on and off plus the bench ones. Print them each on a full sheet of paper for reference as you work. Easier to tak them in front of you rather than one at a time on the computer.
