Intake valves are in spec but between .038-.051 should I change while here?

I will say first that any response or suggestion is greatly appreciated.

My first valve adjust on my"new" bike. I bought in December. Its been bitter in Michigan so little progress. I wrapped the carbs up last weekend and want to adjust valves and sync. Then on to other maintenance before spring weather.

So I started valves today and this is what I came up with.

First Exhaust valve specs dont match across both sides, is that a concern?

Also intake valves are in spec, but do they need to be on the looser end of spec now or would it be safe to go further?

Bike is a 98 with less than 8k on the clock, seems to have sat for a season but pretty well maintained.

Clearances are as follows:

KEY:
> = Feeler fits
< = Feeler does not fit

L Exhaust                       R Exhaust
>.051                             >.076
<.063                             <.102

L Intake                          R Intake
>.038                              >.038
<.051                              <.051

Intakes clearances are in spec but on the tighter end of that, should I do while in here?

Exhaust are technically in suggested specs but left is tighter.. should they match?

I know we get a ton of valve questions but I haven't seen specific ones dealing with matching across sides if they were in spec..

Thanks

if it was me, I'd just go down one size on the LE and let the rest go.

Same vote here.
That's what was done a couple weeks ago when other experts on valves in the West Seattle GS500 Club came over to do some valves.

Helped a buddy lay tile this weekend so didnt get back out there until tonight after work. Its a 2.60 shim.. so I will order a 2.55 and see where that puts me.
