I don't know why you would have to go hunting for a road-squid though... Personally, I would just wait outside the local gym on any sunny day and pick-em off as they come out the doors in their muscle shirts      
(disclaimer:  I know plenty of regular gymgoers, myself included, who always wear the correct riding gear)
