I just bought a brand new 2002 Suzuki gs500, it has 2 miles on it. The listed (msrp) was $4,399. I paid $3,850 (not including tax/license/ prep charges). Out the door price was $4,300, and not apenny more. I was wondering if that is a good price or did i get ripped off. Any honest opinion is appreciated!

well for an 02 and 2 miles on it i think you got one hell of a deal. i got my 96or 1500 with 7000 miles on it.

In any case, its brand new essentially with a warranty and you got it OTD for less than the original MSRP.  I think you made out well.  You also won't have to worry about how the bike was previously treated

Not bad, not bad. Although I will add, I bought my 2002 in January of 2002 right as they came out. I actually bought it before the dealer had it. But anyway, I bought it for about that much. A bit less, but My buddy worked there, so considering.... good deal.

I have 16k miles on mine and it still looks pretty :mrgreen:
