Cafe seat build

I have decided I don't like the chopped tail look anymore. I've decided to make a cafe seat out of fiberglass. Below are pics of my green foam mold I'm shaping.








The plan is to have 2 turn signals and a center brake light. I've got 1 layer or fiberglass on it now so its pretty rough and not worth taking pictures of.

Needs some trimming still then it's ready for body filler.

Update.... Need to paint the tank the tidy up all the wiring still but its ride able!!

You can get them at any hobby stores usually.
I am into buying bikes that people have given up on and fixing them up!

So I scraped the first attempt this fall and have been working on a new one this winter:

sold the bike today, hopefully the new owner finds this site and continues my ongoing project
