Did the wheels change in 2004?

My GS is a 1991 model year.  Both wheels are slightly oval, it turns out.  I can find some used wheels, but they are all from 2004 or later.  Are the wheels compatible?  I don't care about colour matching, but need them to bolt up directly-same hub spacing, axle diameter, disc spacing, etc.  I know the tire sizes and rim widths didn't change.  Does anyone have experience with this swap?

As far as im aware they only ever changed the colour of GS500 wheels. All years should be identical otherwise. Wait on one of the GS gurus to confirm though..

Color changed,. That's all. I swap around wheels from all years.
My 2009 has new 1989 white wheels.
1992 has 2001 silver.
1993 has 1998 gray.
all same. Just color.
