Would not hurt to remove the plugs and clean.  Brush, then just a few strokes with fine sandpaper on the center electrode and ground electrode (the underside where the spark occurs).  This will cause no harm, and remove the plugs as the culprit.

That adjustment screw isn't stripped or messed up in some way is it? Messed up in some way to cause alot of 'adjustment' and little results.

Rattling though?  I don't think I have heard a rattling clutch from a bike before... but you can hear a 'rattle' from a worn clutch on an engine under load in too high of gear I suppose?  :dunno_black:

I Guess a better way to describe it would actually be a light grinding noise. I say light because it not that bad. Dont hear it at idle or at higher speeds but as the rpms start to slow back down to idle is when i hear it the most.

The adjustment screw by the engine isnt stripped. Also, i only adjusted that one. I didnt attempt an adjustment by the clutch handle. I may do some of that after class.

It figures.  When things seem to suck at their worst, it's cuz there no suck.  That little bastard of a vacuum hose gets you every time.http://gstwins.com/gsboard/Smileys/New_Smile/thumbup.gif
