Size of cylinder head cover bolts?

I need to install a helicoil into one of the head cover bolt receptacles that stripped out when I used my brand new (defective) torque wrench. Anyways I looked on the parts diagram and it lists the bolt is 7x17.5. It is on of the 4 shorter ones, not the two long ones.

Does this mean it is an m7 and 17.5 is its length?
Trying to find a helicoil kit and they seem to all come in lengths of 10.5, but I'm thinking that won't be a problem.

Anyone know for sure the size of that bolt? Or better yet a link to the correct and cheapest helicoil kit
