Emissions...

I've removed the emissions system on the bike - the canister anyway... my question - does the tube coming fom the carb t-section (the overflow tube...) need to be plugged?  Any other plugs...

It nice - once you remove the emissions and replace the airbox with a K&N pod filter - you end up with a ton of extra room in the engine bay...

In case it may be useful to someone wanting to install a jet kit... I ended up with Dynojet 128 mains, with the c-clip on the 3rd groove on the Dynojet needle (D0384 - I think...), and my mixture screw turned out 3 turns...  I've got the stock exhaust, and K%N Pods...

Feels better - but once I get up to about 80 miles it feels like it's lost any more power... hard to tell though I only went on the freeway for a little bit...

To completely removed the CA emission equipment, you also need to replace the ignitor with the one used in the other 49 states.
