WTB: 2004 F Right Mirror + Mount

I thought I'd gotten around needing to buy a right mirror mount when I JBWelded the broken one together. It lasted about a month and then a few days ago I lost the entire mirror on the highway.

So...I basically need this.

Anyone got one they can ship priority mail to me?
