Cats, addidguy, and starting stupid crap

First let me say that intentionally offending others is not cool and technically the code of conduct.  Actually let me quote it for you all...

You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, demeaning, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law.

Now look.  We all like to poke fun, and sometimes we push the boundaries ...within reason.  And that's fine with me.  I have more tolerance than most.  Posting gore is crossing the line.  Posting things that you know will offend others is not particularly cool either.  SO I ask people stop.  Stop the bickering, stop stirring the pot.

Now let me address adidasguy for a moment.  Our resident obsessive GS owner, parts hoarder, and cat lover.  He has a lot on his plate at the moment, and getting him upset intentionally is not cool.  The guy needs less stress, not more.  He has helped many people here, and I ask that we leave him in peace instead of winding him up.  I ask this as a personal favor. 

I also ask that for the time being we stop arguing over cats.  OK we know you love them, or you hate them.  Lets just leave it at that.
