made a vairation of this once. ( before heart/kidney issues ) casserole dish, bottom  layered with wood smoked bacon, then chicken fun bags, , some cheese ( pepperjack) more bacon, more chicken fun bags, ( the fun bags are book ended ) more cheese, more bacon, and topped with pepperjack cheese and final layer of bacon. along with the ONLY healthy thing , ghost chilis THINLY julienned and placed along with seeds throughout the dish.
