What rear sprocket with Bandit 400 rear wheel

I think the GS500 rear sprocket is a direct bolt on to the B4's rear hub. Can someone tell me first hand what sprockets they used with the Bandit 400 wheel.

Yes. I have a Bandit rear wheel. It was a direct swap of cushions and sprocket from my GS over. But I shimmed my sprocket out about 1/16" for alignment with teh front sprocket.

Great thanks, see I had this weird spacer made that looked like a sproket center, ot more like a star with a big hole in the middle for the hub and holes where the bolts go, but I sadly cant find it, and worse yet, I cant even find that wheel, and the wheel on it now I dont remember getting - as in I dont know when and where and how I bought it. I am buying a new chain and sprockets as a  set, which also I have not done in 10 years.

ok, I'm doing the gs cush drive on gsf400 wheel, then all of it on my drz. this will be a gymkhana/road bike for a while.


I know what the stock gs rear sprocket is, but want to go up a few, to like 47 or so, then a 14 on the front to get the revs way up on small tracks. then, as needed ill swap back to a 15front /stock rear.

so, where do you find your larger rear sprockets (steel only please) ?

I dont think I used a spacer on mine ...
A drz needs a 47 tooth thought it had tons o torque ...

it does, until it's stalled by to tall of gearing at too slow of speeds

i'm planning to
a: run a lot of 55-65mph back roads
b: run a lot of cone courses (gymkhana stuff)
with this setup, so the 14/47 is ideal with the cush drive for the slower speed stuff to prevent stalls and excessive clutch slipping. it's so much easier to modulate speed with a little braking and engine braking than working throttle, clutch, brakes all afternoon. most of the cone work is all 1st gear stuff. i'm hoping the cush drive makes this even smoother.
