06 GS 500 F bike acts like a safety switch is on.

I haven't posted in quite some time cause the ole 500 has been running like a champ. Anyway, wifie and I go for a 75 mile ride and end up at a friends house. Get on the bike to go and nothing, acting like either the clutch or kick stand. Jumped out the clutch switch and still nada. Battery is fully charged. Can I jump out the kick stand switch or the selinod to check . Any other insight would make me very thankful. Our moutian trip is in 5 weeks and I'd hate to leave the old gal here.

Kill switch? .... Know it sounds silly ... But there is a discussion on it right now.... Maybe the fate monkeys decided to pin it on you?

I jumped out the kill switch years ago, but will definately make checking that my first check. Thanks

Any updates?

You didn't mention whether the lights come on or not.  If not, the fuse may have blown for some reason.  (Which reason you would certainly want to track down ASAP.)
