Hey guys, so I think i figured out that my main jet is too big for the current set-up.. I am eagerly waiting for my mechanic to get some free time to install my muffler, hopefully that will fix the issue. Been out riding anyway, just have to be careful not to open up the throttle too wide too fast.. It's kind of annoying having to hold back like that, but it's for the better.. Should get that call in the next week or so, canèt wait!!
Will post pictures and a before/after sound clip when it's done :)

hey Guys,

The work is finally completed, and the falcon is now sporting a GSXR1000 Exhaust. Check it out!!

I also had to go back and tweak the carburetors again, it was still too rich even with the exhaust, I blame humidity and atm pressure (According to my research) I am still now at a 20/62.5/137.5 setup. It runs a lot better, although it is not perfect. I am still having trouble with the final tweaking there are a few bucks and surges along the RPM range when changing throttle positions, but being a first time rejetter, this is the best I could come up with with my understanding of the info I got.. if anybody has any advice or tips, please share :)

I also tested out a 0-100 once rejetted yesterday I will upload video to youtube and post the link asap :)
