My wife's GS500F have a few scratches that need to be touched up. I guess the only option is OEM Suzuki yellow paint for a perfect match, but curious if you guys have tried another paint that's been a very close match.

Not sure the pricing would be much different than "OEM Suzuki" paint, but Color Rite seems to have very accurate colors from my experience. But, you can get the paint in a variety of formats (touch-up pen, 2 oz jar, spray can, spray gun) based on how much/what kind of paint work is needed.
It seems it has become necessary to qualify my posts:

Here is a tip, dont eye ball it at the store without your actual bike to comapare. They go home and start touching it up. You wont be as close as you think.....
