In the warmer weather, I get alot of gas fumes in my garage from my gas cap. I never noticed it until I moved into a house with a garage as I had kept it outside under a cover since new. If I ride to work and leave it out in the sun all week I loose a noticable amount gas. No leaks anywhere else, the fuel system has been gone through, new carb seals, lines, petcock.
The stock cap design is such that it has alot of clearance around the internal moving parts. I made a cover out of magnetic plastic sheeting that goes over the cap area and have a tank bag over that. It helps alot but I would like to find a permanent solution. I would like to change it to a keyless style. Can anyone recommend a good aftermarket cap assembly that will fit?

The gas cap is designed to vent fumes from the tank. In hot weather, you'll get more fumes as the gas in the tank evaporates. A new cap will not change that.
