Occasionally, we have a retarded person on the site. That is manageable.

But overall, we have a very calm, warm, polite board. We help each other. We encourage each other. We agree most of the time. We support each other. If its something we dont like or agree with, we politely give our reasons and are never negative or demoralizing. We never flame. Even Janx is nice most of the time. He just likes to play Battleship with another member from time to time

When a board moved in this direction, its a good thing. People want to be here. They WANT to share things. They feel welcomed.

Of all the boards I am on or have been over all my years, I have only come across TWO boards where being different or thinking outside the box gets you flamed. One most recent is a gixxer board. If a newb asks a question, its an auto answer from everyone to go search? If thats all we could do then why even have an open board? But wait, when you post in an old thread and bring it back up, you get flamed again for bringing up an old thread? Well phuck, if you dont want them open, then close the GD threads. But wait, if you do that, then you wont have a board.

Ask a question about buying something on your bike? If they dont have it on their, they dont like it and talk chit about it? Wait GD minute here. Who paid for this bike? Who pays my bills? Who do I phuck at night? Last time I checked, it wasnt anyone on any board. Dont tell me how I should or should not do my bike because YOU dont like it. I dont give a chit what YOU like. I have to ride and maintain this Mofo.

So guys, thats my rant and my advice and comment to you is...........be thankful we have a nice, warm, welcoming site where we share ideas, share pictures and plans or mods and everything else and at the end of the day, no one made you feel like you wanted to walk away from the site because THEY didnt like YOUR chit that they arent riding or paying for.

So with all that being said, I want all of you to flood Buddhas, Johns, Adidas, Kerrys and any other members inbox who made you feel welcome with some PM about being thankful of the POSITIVE site we have here

( air horns i installed. jay was laughing about that. ) anyhoo regarding flaming or the baptism of fire. i posted 979 times in 4 mos regarding a goped. got flamed. i dug up old posts with relevant information. and posted so they stayed at top. got flamed. after a year and a half i earned my stripes. no longer flamed. im not the FNG or a JAFO ( flucking new guy and just another flucking observer) but yes we have the search noob. Which ill use here IF person is really that stupid OR is a troll. been here a decade. figured out how to find them and know.  BUT 99% of time im polite. GPN gets a spammer every single day 4 page replies of random characters selling shaZam!. mods do nothing. they literally dont care. only thing they did worthwhile is the 30 day wait til classifieds access. im approaching vip access soon. but its poorly run. if im ever promoted there, that will cease. as will the flamers.
Now back to our beloved site. it is properly run i must admit. it is run as i would run it if i were in position. FEW DDOS' few spammers etc etc etc. we are at top of list so they know about it. i can only imagine staff inbox gets flooded. but this site is a part of my life. ( in hosp. kidneys shut down for almost 2 weeks in 2007. damned withdrawal. towards end of that vacation someone found a wifi keyboard to get the comp. net. so that was good.  anyhoo guys and gals. keep up the good work. proud of y'all

.... yeeeeeeesssss ... kinda .. it is a problem being online with it though ... (thank god for emoticons!) ... if it were all in person a lot (not all, but a lot) of we Aussies will 'take a potshot' at someone or something... and you would see its "casual look but like a boy with firecrackers in his pocket, just itching to drop a bunger under someones ass' .. if whoever is 'copping it' catches on and calls it ... then its all laughs and grins and 'nearly gotchca mate' ... if it plays out and someone gets a shock or fright .. then its still laughs and grins and 'gotcha mate!!!' .. kinda like Frat house stuff but without the sometimes painful ass paddlin hazing?! ..
