Windscreen Swap Question

Hello everyone!  Quick question for all of you.  I just swapped out the windscreen on my '08 and everything went nice and easy (thanks to GSTwin.com)!

However, there is one little thing eating away at me...On the bottom tip of the windscreen, it doesn't come down all the way to the headlamp like the original did.  As a result, there's a slight gap.  What makes it even worse, is a bunch of junk has built up down there from all the bike washes I've done.  I could always take the screen off and clean it out, but the gap would still be there and it's KILLING me (stupid OCD)!

My question is, is this gap normal with the Zero Gravity Double Bubble or do I not have something aligned right?

**My apologies if the photos don't show, first time trying to post photos.

The gap for my ZG screen. Can't say it has bothered me and it does look a little smaller than yours.
Wherever you may be, there you are.

Mine never had that issue (both double bubble and sport touring).
You could take it off. Hold the OEM against it and send them a pix showing it was not cut correctly.
It should fit exactly the same.
