Nice Stock Exhaust & Engine Parts Make Me An Offer!!

Hi, Guys,  Purchases of any of these parts to help finish my bike or trade
Would be greatly appreciated.
I've got a nice stock 89-2001 exhaust , or carbs, and engine parts (basically a complete engine minus cases, good crank, good cylinders, good head ect).

Exhaust
Carbs
Sprocket cover
Valve cover
Cylinder with pistons (and 1 extra)
Cylinder head with cams
Crank with good rods (and 1 extra rod)
Balancer shafts (2)
Alt side cover
Clutch cover
Ignition cover
Transmission
Complete clutch

I'm getting close to finishing my GSxRD400 but I need:
A descent 89-2001 seat (this one is badly ripped and kinda warped too..)
A left side passenger footrest
And a rubber fork cap
I could really use a tank too (pretty well dented in the seat area..)

Hi there,
Are you trying to buy or sell the parts on your list? It's confusing.

If you are selling, are the carbs in good condition? Do you have pix of them? How much do you want for them?
They are early two-jet carbs, right, from the early 1990?

Also, where do you live? If the exhaust is in good shape I am also interested.

Hi Guys, I'm in Whittier CA.
I don't know what to ask just make an offer and try to be fair. It's going to a good cause..getting me back on a bike again!!
I'm selling the parts listed at the top and could  and could use the couple parts listed at the bottom.
All these parts are off an 89

I'm getting close to finishing my GSxRD400 but I need:

A left side passenger footrest

Very cool build, I had RD350's and a 400 back in the day.... RZ350 too, then I realized I didn't care for 2 strokes    Probably didn't help that they had Spec II chambers and powerband like a light switch. 

I can donate a footrest if you need it.

I thought the exhaust was the same throughout the years. got a pic of the stock exhaust?
