how did you bolt the sliders to that long rod you made?

in video it looks like pretty solid spacers .. slide over rod down to frame .. then slider tensions up against the spacer

if i guess correctly you are talking about 10cm silver metal. this was my old cars drilled suspention shocks.
its pretty nice and strong metal but you can use anything else.
