Lost all electrical power! help!

I finally finished my bike project today! and after trying to sort out some bugs with the clutch starting safety I have no power! I turned the key to see if my fix worked, headlights, on light, and nuetral light all came on. i tried to start but my fix didn't work so i turned the key off. I then turned the key back on, no headlight, no nuetral, no on light. nothing. but the battery still has twelve volts. HELP!

i found it. -.- bad ground on the starter relay.
