Copper washer things

So I ordered a "complete" gasket set since it appeared to contain these copper washer things(which are considered a gasket on the parts list), but instead the only washers in there are a bit smaller than the copper ones so I don't think they are meant to replace them. Is it ok to reuse these? or do I have to order more separate? Also the things I am talking about are the copper washers that go on the head underneath the nuts that go onto the long bolts coming up through the engine.

I replaced the head gasket and smaller rubber seals but reused the old copper washers.  No problem, I've put another 80k miles on it since I head the head off and no leaks yet.
